4 Person Yoga Challenge Poses
The first 4 person yoga challenge pose is like planking on top of each other. Here, one person will be doing a table top position on the bottom.
The next person will be having their hands on the back of the person on the bottom as if they are doing a plank but they are standing.
The third person will be doing the same position as the second person except that person will be standing on the back of the person on the bottom.
The last person will do the same thing as the third person, but will stand on the back of the second person.
The second pose involves two persons at the bottom. The first person on the bottom will once again be on a table top position.
The second person on the bottom will be standing but will be doing a forward bend.
The third person will be putting their hands on the back of the first person while the fourth person will be putting their hands on the back of the third person and the legs on the back of the second person.
The third pose is also like planking on top of each other except it will be the full body stacked on top of each other.
