The first pose in this root to rise yoga routine is the modified chair pose then it is followed up by the Utkatasana chair pose. You will then transition to a plank pose then after which, you will do the Chaturanga and sphinx pose before doing some standing yoga poses.

The first standing pose in the standing portion of the root to rise yoga routine is the standing splits. The next yoga pose is the triangle pose. You will then do the halfmoon pose, modified warrior 3, and the Ardha Chandrasana.
