It creates an ocean-like sound that’s super soothing. Imagine you’re drawing in fresh energy as you inhale, and releasing stuck energy as you exhale.
Next is kapalabhati or skull shining breath. This breath really wakes you up! It’s a series of rapid exhales while actively pumping your ab muscles. Start slow with a few rounds, then build up speed.
Kapalabhati increases oxygen, stimulates energy flow, and leaves you feeling awaken and invigorated!
