Superfood Recepies

Kale Avocado Smoothie

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Quinoa Power Bowl

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 2 tbsp tahini dressing

Cook quinoa. Mix with chickpeas, seeds, kale and cranberries. Drizzle with tahini dressing.
