Writing can be a very enjoyable work to doβ¦ except of course when you have βno timeβ to do it. There was once a dog owner in the name of Karl Ove Knausgaard, who blamed his inability to write to the fact that he owned a dog, and that it took SO MUCH TIME to tend to that he no longer had time to sit down and write.

While it may be true that dogs CAN sometimes be a handful (some owners even equate it with having kids, or worse!). Majority of dog lover though, do not necessarily see their furry friends as a burden; but rather as an inspiration.
So recently, more and more researcher and writers have been questioning the veracity of Karl Ove Knausgaardβs claim on the matter.
It turned out though, that he could be wrong. When history was checked, it was revealed that the majority of famous writers ACTUALLY owned a dog or two!
It goes to show that dogs do not impede a real writerβs genius mind.
