Ninety-nine cases have been reported already to be linked with salmonella infection in dogs.

– Unclean preparation can usually be seen in raw meats of chicken and pig.
– Dogs don’t normally acquire this infection, but due to a new dog food created, they became prone to it.
Lately, there’s a new dog food that’s getting more popularity in the market. This new product is made of pig’s ears, which is said to be made of high protein materials. However, there seems to be a problem with the way that this product is being prepared.
According to the Food and Drug Administration, over 99 dogs have been inflicted by Salmonella infection spread in over 27 states. The number one common factor about these victims is the consumption of dog food from pig’s ears.
The main symptoms of Salmonella infection in dogs include severe dehydration due to diarrhea.
