If you don’t have a bone-shaped one, you can use an 8-inch pan or a 6-inch pan. You can pretty much use any size pan you want to make this little birthday cake. I am doing this with a hand mixer today, instead of my KitchenAid. Because I didn’t feel like getting my KitchenAid out.
Before you start mixing everything together, which you can kind of tell I already, did pre-heat your oven to 350F/180C. First thing we’re going to need is one cup of flour.
This time I am using all-purpose flour. It tends to work a little bit better in cakes to make it a little bit more fluffy. You can use whole wheat flour as well, but it will make your cake much denser. It’s like Shelby knows this is for her… Whoa! No! Don’t even think about it. Don’t even.
No! It’s not your birthday. It’s not your birthday. The next thing you will need is one (1) teaspoon of baking soda. And those are all the dry ingredients for this. So we are quickly going to whisk those together. I don’t know what the deal is but they’re all super close for this one.
You’re like all right here. It’s not very often when they’re all like right here for a treat video. Now we’re going to add all of our remaining ingredients. One (1) teaspoon of vanilla extracts A quarter (1/4) of a cup of peanut butter. Learn more in the video!
