What you need to do is lie down on your yoga mat, fold your knees upward. If you have a yoga block, you can put it in between your knees to help with alignment. Otherwise, you can still do the bridge pose without a yoga block.
Once you have aligned your knees, bring your hips off the floor. Then, tap on your thyroid gland to start stimulating it.
