Video games are left to video consoles – both handheld and big boxes. Most of the games in mobile phones and tablets are dubbed “not video games.” This is about to change though with the new PlayStation certified devices from Sony. The tablet called Sony Xperia Tablet S (not to be confused with the simple Tablet S) will be fitted with Android 4.0 OS, Tegra 3 processor and either 16 to 64 G.

With only 2.2 million units sold ever since it was released last December 2011, it’s safe to say that a huge chunk of the gaming population has ignored the PlayStation Vita. At $250, it is not really that expensive, but its lineup of available games are completely unremarkable. There have been little upgrades made – like the 1.80 firmware, upgrade and some feature updates. Still, these little things are not enough to save the device and bring it to sell as well as its competitor (the Nintendo 3DS has sold 19 million units already).
