Apple is still the best-selling high-end mobile phone in America today, but the sales momentum is now under pressure, especially at Verizon. Last time it was checked, the iPhone 4S is no longer Verizon’s top selling phone. That is the first to happen ever since the mobile device was sold by the carrier last February 2011.
The cause of this slowdown is the aggressive marketing of new 4G devices, especially Motorola’s Droid RAZR MAXX, which is being sold at $299. The price comes with a 2-year contract with the carrier. Find My Phone iPhone App Leads To Arrest?
The Find My iPhone app was recently used by the Kirkland Police Department to successfully pursue a man who broke into a woman’s car and stole her items. The owner was attending a Lacrosse match when a man shattered the window of her Lexus and stole her purse, which contained an iPad to. The owner still had her iPhone on hand, which was able to activate the app on her phone, thereby tracking the device.
