Free To Play Shooter Game For The PlayStation 3?
Wednesday – Sony launched a free shooter game, which PlayStation Gamers can play for free. Called No Man’s Land, the game is somewhere in between hardcore console gaming and free casual gaming, making it the first of its kind. The game was developed by VEEMEE, a veteran developer that aimed to capitalize on the PS Home Network as an online arena. Most hardcore game titles cost around $60 per purchase, while casual games can be downloaded for free or at a minimum costs for tablets and mobile phones.

PlayStation Network Removed In South Korea?
South Korea has a vibrant – albeit strict – gaming culture. In addition, while there were many South Koreans who were excited to access the PlayStation3, they are no longer able to access it due to new rules in the country. A Game Industry Promotions Act, which will take place starting 1st of July makes it illegal for online services to ask minors to verify accounts using their real names or age.

The PS Vita sales have been on the down low quite lately, but there is a recent upswing following the recent release of the game Persona 4 The Golden.
