Labor activists and fans are flocking and signing an online petition, urging the big company Apple to change its labor practices. If you remember last May, an explosion occurred in a factory in China which injured dozens and killed two workers. The world was appalled at the bad working conditions which factory workers were subjected to, polishing cases with poisonous chemicals, cramped spaces and the like.

Foxconn, electronics manufacturer released a statement that they might hire as much as 100,000 employees to work at a factory in Zhengzhou, China. This number will accommodate for the demand of the next phone to be released by iPhone – the iPhone 5. And given the huge number of jobs available, there’s a bigger number of people who want the job. The job posting says that workers can earn as much as 261 USD a month but can increase up to 500 USD, given the possible long hours and overtime.
