With the iPad Mini released, we now ask the question – how many people would intend to buy the device? Reports say that only 15% of online users intend to buy the device immediately after its launch. The poll was done by Bizrate Insight. The top reason why only few plan to purchase it is because of the lack of need. Thirty-nine perfect of respondents believe that they do not have a defined need for the device just yet.

The iPad Mini was released just two days ago last October 23, but people are now throwing rotten tomatoes at the thought of the device. People say that the device is too small, too expensive and has bad resolution. Even with this, Apple will continue to sell millions of these things – just as it does always. Even when all is said and done, people did want a smaller iPad.

Amazon has launched its own HD Fire tablet hoping it can take on the iPad mini. The Amazon Kindle Fire comes in two versions, a cheaper lower-quality screen and one that is HD. With just a little over $40 above the lower-quality screen, more people are forecasted to buy the latter. In the people who could not afford the iPad would settle for the Kindle device and other smaller and more affordable ones.
