A Taiwan spokesperson is recently under fire when he posted an image of the iPhone 5 on his Facebook. The photo also had an appeal to consume or purchase more iPhones. Many Taiwanese got angry and asked why he urged people to buy the iPhone and not the home-grown brand HTC. After mounting pressure, the minister eventually posted a photo of another mobile phone, an HTC this time.
He said that the HTC device was the one he used for himself, while the iPhone 5 that was posted on the other hand belonged to a friend.
