		<description>I really wanted to see this but the prices were, as you said, obscene. Unfortunately, money dictates and only those willing to pay the price of a coach airline ticket can go. 
  As for Salonen, he's always been forward thinking, with his approach to both the future of opera and classical (and his own music) and he's not afraid of pop. Same with Viola, who generally, even at 10 mins aims for rapture and dislocation. Anything to drag opera out of its dusty crypt and into the 21st century. Nice post.</description>
