I remember when her second album came out and my Dad and I discussed how we were disappointed with it. It just lacked something of the spark of the first. I heard her do a set on Morning Becomes Eclectic on Monday. I was sadly underwhelmed. Levitin's book sounds fascinating. Thanks for the tip! Good post.
